I'm not familiar with this machine. I would look at the ease of getting to replacement parts, belts, gears.... Look at the ease of changing these parts and just what kind of diamonds it takes. Is it generically set up to accept other "brands" or do you have to stick with their stuff. This machine looks like a lot of others offered out there that they have put their name on it..... no big deal but "why" is the guy selling it? If he says he wants a bigger machine, that's fine but he still needs something he can haul down a basement. Look at the ONFLOOR machines, they look a lot alike. I'm not sure who makes theres and it doesn't matter to me but service and compatabilty to the diamonds out there is a biggy. There's even add on attatchemnts for the onfloor to accept others stuff.
I've been fighting tooth and nail to not get into the larger tools for prep. I have guys that I sub this stuff to and they keep it cost effective for me. How many hours? Has the hour meter been fudged with? Belt or gear driven? Gears are expensive. Does the motor draw more amps than it's suppose too? (windings wearing down)......does it do windows????? OK, do a little googling to get some idea's on quality and find a forum that specializes in concrete polishing and ask there. Good luck! Hope it works out for you. gene |

I had one And it was a terrible machine it doesn't weigh much and jumps around very hard on uneven floors. It also won't cut through coatings very easily. Diamond cost isn't bad but service is horrific. I am still fighting with diamatic to make things right. They will just blow you off if you need help or parts. Sase was selling this machine in yellow they are identical and they bought the last batch back and stopped selling them. Also mine was brand new and had much higher amp draw than advertised and blew breakers all day long. I got a different machine that was also diamatic and had similar problems. National equipment makes a machine that is not much more new that works a ton better. Good luck hope this helps
