I have seen countertops made two ways. The first way is where the forms are made and the sections of countertop are made away from the kithchen or bar. Then they are individually brought to site and placed on cabinets. This way is similar to the way I have seen granite installed.
The second way I have seen is where the concrete is poured directly on a premade form on top of the cabinets. Seems like there is less room for error with option two. (Breaking slab, etc.)
Can anyone provide any insight or suggestions?
Thank you!
