I use www.joedue.com Trying to find a good source that doesn't want to bend you over. Joe seems to be the best (in quality) at this point, at least with me. I can get really good deals over seas but I'd have to purchase a very large amount and I just don't have that kind of cash to tie up for any length of time. Hopefully some one else will chime in and give up both some good info. gene ec-Indy

Posts: 2864 07/23/10 04:43 PM Moderaor in training	I tend to bead blast outside if the pressure washer wont take it off. Grinding for interior. Take that and a good vacuum system will set you back in the pocket when doing a larger area. When I get old enough I'm going to get a larger prep machine. I tend to do larger projects and I sub that work out. gene ec-Indy

Posts: 2865 07/24/10 06:24 AM Moderaor in training	Yes.... I've looked for awhile for one of these (on the cheap of course). They're pretty proud of them. Another route would be a scarifier. that's pretty evasive on the surface but there are times you need to be. A heavy 20" grinder/polisher seems to be the next step up from a 7"/ 9" grinder. Single phase 220. Easy access to wearable parts.... belt driven verses gear driven..... not sure. Both have there advantages/disadvantages. Easy to obtain parts is another biggy. Then you have to screw with a good vac system....... gene ec-Indy
