Clean Strip. 20-30 sqft sections. Apply with deck brush evenly, let sit, don't let it dry. After a few minutes work it around with a black scrubbing pad on floor machine. When it starts to get thick and drying, pour water down to loosen everything back up with machine, let that sit a few minutes, work with machine again, shop vac mess. After all areas are stripped, apply new black pad, clean floor with water, possibly twice. Works for me.
