Posts: 229 06/01/10 06:59 PM	I did one 25 minute interview, pretty much talking to myself, and they did a great job of capturing the essence of what i was trying to get across. They shot footage as i was doing various phases of the restaurant and just used what they thought looked good. They pretty much did most of the editing without much input from me.
