For you guys that do commercial work, constructionwire.com is a pretty good service. Its not a "lead generation" service like servicemagic or the other junk scams out there. Its like 30 or 40$ a month per state and you can view many commercial projects coming to the are even before they are up for bid. It lists projects in the planning stages and usually gives info about the owner, architect, and bidding GC. The nice thing is once you sign up, you don't hear from these guys. They dont pester you every day on the phone. They send you an update list every week or you can log in whenever you want and check out the lists. I've gotten a few jobs off of it and it has more than paid for itself.
