white look and bubbles

I had my kitchen floor covered with elite crete products and sealed with a new sealer that was supposed to give the floor a dimensional look. It all came out beautiful. Several months down the road, the top layer began to turn white. I thought maybe it was wearing down and sanded, applied another coat. This coat bubbled despite backrolling, etc and several months down the road again is turning white. I love the floor but would like to resurface this without taking off the color. Is that possible? I have called my elite crete dealer 4 or 5 times and cant get anyone to come look at the floor. The floor isnt perfectly smooth so sanding very deep is going to leave white areas. Any ideas would be a help! Thanks Leasa

What would cause moisture to settle on top of CSS? This is a basement floor dyed with Hydrastone, and sealed with CSS (3 coats 1.5:1) Each coat dried in about 1.5-2 hours. There is now a very thin film of water on the floor. The floor had 3 full days to dry after washing before dye and CSS. The AC is turned off in the house as the floors are being done but it is not humid, in fact the basement is on the cool side. Any ideas? Will the water evaporate as the CSS cures?

Thanks

OK, we did 500 SqFt floor & none of it set up. I went a scaped off what I could today. The only thing I can think of for failure, is we had a 1.5g kit & a 3 g kit. 1.5 g & 3g kit have same container of A & B units. I was aware of this potential problem, & thought I kept track during mixing. (not that much to keep track of), but that's the only conclusion I can find. Could it be mislabeling? Ok, scraped most off but thin film remains. Anyone have an idea how to remove this film, for future epoxy?

I'm sure this has been covered a million times, but I can't find a post on it. I overlayed a wood subfloor in my house with Ardex products. I put down epoxy & reflector with a magic trowel, it came out pretty good for my first time, but not perfect, so I tried again. I sanded lightly, wiped with xylen. This time I used a roller, 3/8" nap. Seemed to go on better & easier than the magic trowel, but then it all bubbled up. I tried to get bubbles out with blow drier, but this had limited effect. What did I do wrong? How can this be prevented? I'm grinding the bubbles out now with hand grinder & 100 grit pad. Wiping with xylen, & running burnisher over it. It looks better, but I want to go over 1 more time. Any suggestions?
