Customer told me it started to flake within 6 months and they refused to fix it. I spent 6 hours grinding off about 250 sq. ft. then for some reason I took off the vacuum and put a water hose on it while grinding and finished the rest off about 600 sq. ft in about 2 hours. Put down TF and then taped and troweled it down, after it dried I hand ground with a brick rub the whole surface which gives me the dark veins. Customer loved it and have done several more the same way. Tell me what you guys think.
